BIO
Our CEO, David Richards, has an extensive background in management and human resources law. David practiced law for the New York City office of one of the nation's largest labor-and-employment law firms, then led his own employment-law practice in upstate New York before founding Richards Workplace Solutions. He continues to serve as an Adjunct Professor in law and business at several colleges in central New York.
